- Can I pause my ABLE Prepaid Card temporarily?

The ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card can be paused temporarily or closed at any time. Simply log in to your Prepaid Card dashboard and click the “Account” tab. Then select the “Temporarily disable” or “Permanently close card” button. Alternatively, you can contact ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card support.
- How much money can I put on the ABLE Prepaid Card?

You can load as much or as little as you need on the ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card up to $20,000. The maximum load limit per day is $5,000.
- What happens if I try to spend more than my ABLE Prepaid Card balance?

If there are not enough funds on the ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card to cover a purchase, the transaction will simply be declined. There are no overdraft fees whatsoever.
- Can I get cash or use the ABLE Prepaid Card at an ATM?

No. Your card cannot be used to get cash or withdraw money from ATMs.
- Will a credit check be performed when I apply for the ABLE Prepaid Card?
- No. A credit check is not required to open an ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card. However, the federal government does require True Link to verify the identity of each cardholder who opens an account. - Are there any fees associated with the ABLE Prepaid Card?
- There are no transaction fees with the ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card. - How long does it take to put money on the ABLE Prepaid Card?

Moving money to your card is similar to a withdrawal via ACH. It typically takes 2–5 business days for your money to be loaded onto your card.
- How can I use the ABLE Prepaid Card to track expenses?
